This notice explains how information submitted through the Purposed Women website is used by Purposed Women Inc. and its ministry arm, Purposed Women Ministry.

Information you share

Email signup forms collect your first name, email address, and the email options you select. Contact and sponsorship forms collect the details you enter, including your name, email address, organization or interests where applicable, and message. Prayer requests collect your name, an optional email address, and the request you share.

How your information is used

Signup information is used to send the community emails, event updates, or weekly devotionals you choose. The optional devotional checkbox on community and event forms is unchecked unless you select it. Signing up for event updates does not register you for an event.

Contact, sponsorship, and prayer submissions are sent to info@purposedwomen.com for the ministry team to review and respond. Submitting one of these requests does not sign you up for marketing emails. Share only the details you are comfortable sending to the team, and avoid including private information about other people without their permission.

Services used by this website

Kit processes email signups, stores subscription preferences, and supports email delivery. Resend delivers contact, sponsorship, and prayer submissions to our inbox. Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.

These services may collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, signup source, and email engagement information. Kit signup tools use browser storage to support form functionality. Embedded YouTube videos and linked services may process information under their own privacy notices. Your browser settings let you manage cookies and browser storage, though some features may be affected.

Donations, registration, and other links

Donations are handled through PayPal, current conference registration through Eventbrite, and volunteer applications through Google Forms. Their privacy notices apply when you use those services. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider, rather than collected by this website's signup forms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or change your email preferences, contact info@purposedwomen.com. Some records may need to be retained for administrative, donation, or legal purposes.
